Endless Alternatives, PLLC is an online business that provides psychotherapy, coaching and educational services to help individuals overcome cycles of stagnation so they can live fulfilling lives. 


We offer psychotherapy to address issues such as severe emotional and behavioral challenges, mental illness, family conflict, and more. Meet the Founder

Safiyyah N. Feaster, LCSW

Safiyyah is a licensed clinical social worker, author, speaker, coach and founder of Endless Alternatives, PLLC.


She is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over a decade of empowering individuals, children, and families through life's toughest challenges. From supporting at-risk youth to guiding adults with severe mental illness, Safiyyah's journey embodies transformation and resilience. She is passionate about disrupting cycles of brokenness and supporting people in reframing their thoughts about themselves, others and the world so they can experience healing and wholeness. 


Driven by a passion for unlocking human potential, Safiyyah has carved a career path aligned with her deepest values. Transitioning from uncertainty to empowerment, she now champions others to discover their unique strengths and craft fulfilling, financially rewarding careers.


As the architect of a vibrant community, Social Worker Development Circle, Safiyyah offers a sanctuary for new therapists to conquer insecurities, unearth their professional identities, and hone clinical skills. Having navigated her own journey of self-discovery, she understands the importance of finding one's authentic voice and purpose in the therapeutic landscape.


Drawing from her own experiences, Safiyyah is on a mission to demystify the path to success, offering practical guidance and unwavering support to aspiring therapists. Through Endless Alternatives, PLLC she is able to offer various modes to provide individuals with a roadmap for personal growth, mental stability and fulfillment.


Safiyyah has a love for writing and in 2017, she released her debut book, Transformation of an Intercessor and will be releasing a devotional titled The Power of My Dwelling Place fall 2024. Both books include honest and transparent reflections from her spiritual journey of transformation and purpose as a follower of Christ. When Safiyyah has a free moment from her thriving business; she enjoys investing in her personal development, spending time with family and friends, serving at her local church, and exploring the world.

Frequently Asked Questions

Please reach out to us at safiyyah@endlessalternatives.org  if you cannot find an answer to your question.

We offer a range of services, including Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Coaching for New social workers, therapists and other helping professionals. 

Currently we accept and are in-network with most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans for psychotherapy services.


For other insurance carriers, if your plan has out-of-network benefits, the plan may reimburse you a percentage of the rate. Most plans reimburse approximately 50-90% of the rate. While you are responsible for the service fee at the time of the appointment, we are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.



We work with individuals, families, and new helping professionals across a range of demographics and backgrounds.
